User feedback helps improve customer support.
Once the incident ticket is closed, the user will receive a follow-up survey asking to evaluate the quality of the support service.
Note: It is important to submit feedback using the survey form. We don't recommend replying in the resolved ticket or adding comments in the email thread because it reopens the closed incident and thus decreases the overall customer support rating.
