Step-by-step guides
Report an issue through an email
To report an issue:
- Send an email at location-risk-intelligence@munichre.com and provide a detailed description of the issue.
Report an issue through a contact form
Open the contact form:
- On Location Risk Intelligence home page, at the bottom of the page, in the Support section, click Need help?
- On the platform, in the lower-left corner of the page, click Help Center
> Help > Contact Support.
- In the Support Center, click Submit a request.
Report an issue:
1 Enter your email address, first name, and last name in corresponding boxes.
2 Select the severity level from the dropdown list:
- Low
- Medium
- High
3 Select the request type from the dropdown list:
- Access and registration
- Technical issues
- Request for new features
- General feedback
- Other
4 Enter the subject of your request, provide detailed description of the issue, and add an attachment (if any).

5 Submit your request.
Customer Support services
Monitoring services are available throughout the entire workweek, while customer support is offered during business operating hours from 06:30 to 20:30 CET, Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays in Munich, Germany.
