Search options
Instant search
Instant search is available on the Support Center's home page.
To search for an article through an instant search, do the following:
1 In the search box, start typing a keyword or an article title. As you type, articles which titles contain the words start appearing as suggested top results.
Note: Instant search uses a partial word search and includes article titles only, not content or labels.
2 Select the needed article from the list.
Tip: If the top results don't include the required article, press Enter to open the native search.
Native search
Native search provides a list of articles on the search results page. This page opens when you press Enter using an instant search.
To search for an article in a native search:
1 Type the needed keyword or phrase in the search box and press Enter.
Note: Native search has a broader search options comparing to the instant search, namely:
- Uses full word search, not partial word search.
- Includes titles, body text, and labels.
2 Select the needed articles from the list.
Tip: If there are no articles that meet your requirements, you can contact our Customer Support team and request an article on the topic you want to explore.
