Use a direct link
To access the Support Center, use this link: https://support.risksuite.munichre.com/hc/en-us.

To sign in:
1 In the upper-right corner of the page, click Sign in.
2 Enter your credentials and click Sign in.
Access from the Portal
To access the Support Center:
1 Sign in to Location Risk Intelligence at https://risksuite.munichre.com.
2 Move through the page to Customer Service Portal and User Guides sections.
3 Click Go to Portal to access the home page, or Go to Guides for How-to guides section. You will be redirected automatically to the Support Center.
Access from the Platform
In the lower-left corner of the page, under your Profile, click the Help Center button ().

To access the Support Center home page:
- Click the Help button (
), and then click Go to Support Center.
You will be redirected automatically to the Support Center.
Specific article
To access a specific article:
1 Click the Search button (), and then type your request in the search box.
2 Select the needed article from the list to view its content.
3 Click Open original article to open it in a new tab.
You will be redirected to the selected article in the Support Center.
