Introduction

This article provides a brief guide on how to check the invitation status of invited user(s) to the Location Risk Intelligence Platform and how to re-invite the user in case of issues.

Step-by-step guides

Check the invitation status

In case the invited user faces issuer with registration on the platform, check their invitation status:

• A green tick - the user has successfully registered.
• An orange circle - the user was invited but has not registered yet.

Re-invite the user

To re-invite the user, do the following:

• On the Users tab, find the user whom you want to re-invite, then click the Re-invite user button.

The user will receive a new invitation mail.

Tip: If the user hasn't received the invitation mail, copy and share the invitation redemption link manually.
