Introduction

This article explains how to activate your account when you register on the Location Risk Intelligence Platform. Once the account is activated, you can sign in to the platform with your credentials.

Note: The account activation process does not apply to single sign-on (SSO) users. In this case, registration is managed by organization admins correspondingly.

Step-by-step guide

Once you're invited to the Location Risk Intelligence Platform, you'll receive an email with a link to the account activation. To complete your registration, do the following:

1 In the email, click the Activate your Account button. The registration page opens in your web browser.

Note: Location Risk Intelligence is optimized for modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. We do not support Internet Explorer.

Note: The registration link is valid for 21 days, so complete your registration within this period after receiving the email.

2 Enter your name and surname in corresponding boxes and click Continue.

You'll receive an email with the verification code.

3 Enter your verification code and click Verify Code.

4 Enter your password, confirm it, and then click Continue to finish your registration.
