This article explains how to reset your password in case you've forgotten it.

Step-by-step guide

To reset your password, do the following:

1 On Location Risk Intelligence home page, click the Login Now button. 

2 Click the Forgot password button.

3 Enter your email address and click Continue. An email with a verification code is sent to this address.

4 Copy the verification code from the email.

5 Paste the code into the corresponding box and click Verify code.

6 Create a new password and confirm it in the corresponding boxes, and then click Continue.

Note: You can change your password 24 hours after you last changed it.

Now, you've reset your password. Use it to sign in to Location Risk Intelligence Platform.
