Activate your account with the Access Tool
To activate your account, do the following:
1 Go to the Location Risk Intelligence Platform: https://risksuite.munichre.com.
2 Click Request or Unlock Account.
3 Enter your email and click the Request Access button.
You will receive an email with further instructions on how to gain access to the platform.
Note: If your account has been blocked (deactivated), it gets automatically unlocked (activated) when you use the Access Tool.

Contact the Customer Support team
If your account has been blocked or deactivated, a Location Risk Intelligence administrator can reactivate it.
To get the account reactivated, do the following:
1 Contact our support team through the online support form or email us at location-risk-intelligence@munichre.com to reactivate your account.
2 Once the account is reactivated and you are informed by our support team, go to the LRI landing page and sign in to the platform with your credentials (email and password).
