Introduction

This article describes how you can export clients consumption data from the LRI Analytics Dashboard.

Note: Access to sensitive consumption data is restricted. Only users with special permissions can view and export it.

Step-by-step guide

To export consumption data, do the following: 

1 On the Location Risk Intelligence portal page, in the Analytics Dashboard section, click Open Dashboard.

2 Select the Clients Dashboard button.

Info: Clients Dashboard has two sections:

1. A graph with requested Single Locations by application.
2. A graph with requested Areas & Lines drawn by application.

3 In the section which data you want to export, move the mouse pointer to the upper-right corner of the section and click three dots (...) for More options, and then select Export data.

4 Click the Export button.

Note: The Data with current layout and Underlying data formats is inactive.

Tip: You can export clients consumption data either as an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file.

5 Now, your report is downloaded.
