This article explains how to change your password on the Location Risk Intelligence Platform On-Demand.

Step-by-step guide

1 On the LRI Platform On-Demand home page, sign in to the platform, click the arrow next to your name, and then click Change Password.

2 Enter your email address and click Continue. An email with a verification code is sent to this address.

3 Copy the verification code from the email.

4 Paste the code into the corresponding box and click Verify code.

5 Enter your old password, create a new password and confirm it, and then click the Update button.

Now, you've changed your password. Use a new password when you log in to the Location Risk Intelligence Platform On-Demand.
