This article explains how to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Step-by-step guide

To reset your password, do the following:

1 On the LRI Platform On-Demand home page, click Login.

2 Click Forgot password.

3 Enter your email address and click Continue. An email with verification code is sent to this address.

4 Copy the verification code from the email.

5 Paste the code into a corresponding box and click Verify code.

6 Enter your new password, confirm it, and then click Continue.

Note: You can change your password 24 hours after you last changed it.

Now, you've reset your password and are ready to use the LRI Platform On-Demand.
