Introduction

This article explains how to buy credits in Location Risk Intelligence On-Demand.

Step-by-step guide

To buy credits, do the following:

1 On Location Risk Intelligence On-Demand landing page, click Buy Credits, then select the package you want to purchase and click Add to cart.

2 Go to your Shopping Cart. In the Order overview pane, select the checkbox to confirm that you have read and agree to the Risk Suite Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Then click Checkout.

Tip: If you have a voucher code, enter it in the corresponding box and click the Add button.

3 In the Billing address section, select a billing address from your address book or enter a new address, and then click Continue.

Note: If your billing address is located within the European Union, you must enter a VAT number to purchase credits. In the VAT check section, enter your company name and EU VAT number in the respective boxes, and then click Continue. 

Tip: The VAT number format is the country code followed by digits (for example, DE123456789). 

4 In the Financial Sanctions check section, enter the information (first name, last name, and date of birth) in the appropriate boxes, and then click Continue.

Note: This step is mandatory for regulatory and compliance reasons.

5 Enter your payment details: cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and card code. Then click Continue.

Note: Before completing the transaction, ensure that your card limits won't block this payment.

Note: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay debit and credit cards payments from customers worldwide.

Now, you've bought credits. You'll receive a corresponding invoice by email. You can start assessment by clicking Start Assessment. 

Tip: To view the invoice details, click View Invoice.
