Introduction
This article describes how to access the User Management Portal from the Location Risk Intelligence platform.
The portal allows client administrators (tenant admins) to manage user roles and accesses for their organizations.
Requirements
Note: The user must have the administrator role assigned for the organization. The User Administration section is available to only client administrators already appointed. Other users do not see this section.
Step-by-step guide
To access the User Management Portal, follow these steps:
1 Sign in to the Location Risk Intelligence platform.
2 In the User Administration section, click Open Admin Client.
Note: The User Administration section is available only for tenant admin roles assigned in CIAM.
Note: If you don't see the User Administration section on the page, clear your cache, sign out of the platform, and sign back in. If the section is still unavailable, contact Munich Re Support.
3 Log in to the User Self-Service Management Portal.
