Troubleshooting scenarios

I cannot sign in using SSO

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1 Go to the LRI home page: https://risksuite.munichre.com.

2 Click three dots in the top right corner of the page, and then sign out of the platform by clicking the Logout button.

3 Click the Login Now button to sign in to the platform again.

Note: Sign in manually without using SSO.

4 Enter your email and click Continue. CIAM will automatically sign you to the platform.

Application screen is gray

The application screen may be gray in case third-party cookies are not enabled.

To resolve this issue, clear your cache and cookies.

I cannot access the application because it is frozen

Occasionally, when uploading or downloading an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file, the application freezes.

Wait 10-15 minutes and refresh the page by pressing the F5, the upload or download process will restart.

I cannot view maps in the outdated browser

Open the Location Risk Intelligence home page in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to check whether the application works.

Note: Do not use Internet Explorer.

If the application still does not work, clear your cookies and cache.

I have no access rights

Ensure that you have the correct access privileges and that your tenant subscription is correct.

Incorrect link (URL)

Use this link to access the platform: https://risksuite.munichre.com.

I'm connected to VPN

If you use a VPN connection, you may experience problems accessing the application.

To resolve this issue, disconnect from the VPN and go to the platform at: https://risksuite.munichre.com.

I cannot sign in, but the password is correct

If you receive an error message about an incorrect password when accessing the application, reset your password.

My company blocks one of the Location Risk Intelligence addresses 

If you have issues with access to the platform or experience unusual problems, it might be because your company blocks one of the URLs crucial for the platform's functionality. These URLs are known as Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs). Contact your IT department to make sure that the application is on the allowlist.
