Introduction

This article explains how you can to change your password on the Location Risk Intelligence Platform.

Note: You can change a password only once within 24 hours.

Step-by-step guide

1 On the LRI home page, sign in to the platform, click three dots next to the notifications button (), and then click Change Password.

2 Enter your email address and click Continue. An email with a verification code is sent to this address.

3 Copy the verification code from the email.

4 Enter the code in the corresponding box, and then click Verify code.

5 Enter your old password, create a new password and confirm it in the corresponding boxes, and then click Update.

Note: You can change your password 24 hours after you last changed it.

Now, you've changed your password. Use a new password to sign in to the LRI Platform.
